    Cajun Tortilla Chips

    Ingredients

    • 2 6 inches corn tortillas
    • Nonstick cooking spray
    • 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly coat tortillas on both sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle tortillas on both sides with Cajun seasoning. Cut each tortilla into 6 pieces. Arrange the pieces in a single layer on baking sheet.

    Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool on wire rack.

    • Tip: Wavy Chips:  To get slightly wavy chips line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with rippled foil. Place unbaked tortilla wedges into the grooves of foil to curl them slightly. Bake as directed above.
