Cajun Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 2 6-inchcorn tortillas
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4 teaspoonCajun seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly coat tortillas on both sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle tortillas on both sides with Cajun seasoning. Cut each tortilla into 6 pieces. Arrange the pieces in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool on wire rack.
Wavy Chips: To get slightly wavy chips line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with rippled foil. Place unbaked tortilla wedges into the grooves of foil to curl them slightly. Bake as directed above.
