Ingredients
- 1 orange, peel, section and coarsely chop
- 20 cooked, peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 1/4 cup snipped cilantro
- salt and pepper
Directions
Peel, section, and coarsely chop the orange. Toss gently with shrimp, cilantro, and a little salt and pepper. Chill. Serve with extra orange wedges, skewered if you wish, and hot pepper sauce.
