Ingredients
- 3 cups whole cashews
- 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice or nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 15101-inch baking pan with foil; grease the foil. In a medium bowl, combine cashews, apple juice concentrate, and hot pepper sauce; stir to coat nuts evenly. In a small bowl, combine curry powder, garlic salt, ginger, and allspice or nutmeg. Sprinkle over nut mixture; toss to coat nuts evenly.
Spread cashews in prepared baking pan. Bake about 15 minutes or until toasted, stirring twice. Cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
