Herbed Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried basil and/or oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 cups walnuts, soy nuts, and/or almonds
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a small bowl, combine oil, Worcestershire sauce, herb, and garlic salt. Add nuts; stir to coat.
Line a 15101-inch baking pan with foil; spread nuts in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; stir to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice; cool. Cover tightly; store up for to 1 week.
