Spicy Wonton Chips

Makes: 2 (4-chip) servings

Ingredients

  • 4  wonton wrappers
  • 1  teaspoonolive oil
  •   Nonstick spray coating
  • 1  tablespoongrated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1  small clovegarlic, minced
  • 1/8  teaspooncrushed red pepper

Directions

Brush wonton wrappers with olive oil. Use a sharp knife to cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half to form 8 triangles. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick coating. Arrange triangles in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl combine cheese, garlic, and red pepper; sprinkle atop chips.

Bake in a 350°F oven about 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
