    Ingredients

    • 4 wonton wrappers
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • Nonstick spray coating
    • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    • 1 small clove garlic, minced
    • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

    Directions

    Brush wonton wrappers with olive oil. Use a sharp knife to cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half to form 8 triangles. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick coating. Arrange triangles in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl combine cheese, garlic, and red pepper; sprinkle atop chips.

    Bake in a 350 degrees F oven about 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
