Pork Chops with Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops, cut 1 1/4 inches thick (about 3 pounds)
- 1 teaspoonJamaican jerk or Cajun seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoonground black pepper
- 1/2 of a 15-ounce canblack beans, rinsed and drained (3/4 cup)
- 2/3 cupcorn relish
- 1 1/2 teaspoonslime juice
- 1/4 teaspoonground cumin
- Lime wedges
Directions
Preheat broiler. Trim fat from meat. Sprinkle seasoning and pepper onto both sides of chops. Place pork chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 16 to 20 minutes or until done (160°F), turning meat over halfway through broiling.
Meanwhile, for salsa, in a small bowl combine black beans, corn relish, lime juice, and cumin. Serve chops with salsa. Pass lime wedges to squeeze over chops and salsa.
