Red & Green Rub

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoonssnipped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoonssnipped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoonsnipped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoonchili powder
- 1/4 teaspoonground cumin
- 1/4 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspooncoarse salt
Directions
In a small bowl combine chives, thyme, oregano, chili powder, cumin, red pepper, and salt. Use the mixture as a rub on 1 pound raw meat. Cook meat as desired.
