Ingredients

  • 2  teaspoonssnipped fresh chives
  • 2  teaspoonssnipped fresh thyme
  • 1  teaspoonsnipped fresh oregano
  • 1  teaspoonchili powder
  • 1/4  teaspoonground cumin
  • 1/4  teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8  teaspooncoarse salt

Directions

In a small bowl combine chives, thyme, oregano, chili powder, cumin, red pepper, and salt. Use the mixture as a rub on 1 pound raw meat. Cook meat as desired.
