Citrus-Pepper Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoonsolive oil
- 1 teaspoonfinely shredded orange peel
- 3 tablespoonsorange juice
- 2 tablespoonslemon juice
- 2 teaspoonssnippped fresh thyme
- 2 clovesgarlic, minced
- DashCayenne pepper
- Salt and ground black pepper
Directions
In a screw-top jar, combine all ingredients Cover and shake dressing well. Use immediately or chill up to 3 days. (If chilled, let stand 30 minutes at room temperature; shake before using.) Serve over 4 to 5 cups of mixed greens. Toss with orange wedges or chunks if desired.
