Snow Peas and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh snow pea pods (about 1 pound)
- 1 large shallot, sliced
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup grape, cherry, and/or pear-shaped red and/or yellow tomatoes, halved
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Remove strings and tips from pea pods; set aside. In a 12-inch skillet cook shallot in hot peanut oil and sesame oil over medium heat until tender. Add pea pods and teriyaki sauce. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender. Add tomatoes; cook 1 minute more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
